About Us

The American Semester Program & Exchanges (ASP&E) team works to welcome undergraduate and graduate level students from around the world to participate in unique academic programming at Michigan State University.

At a glance, ASP&E (a division of the Office for Education Abroad) offers the following:

• Facilitation of exchanges and exchange agreements between MSU and partner institutions
• The American Semester Program - a unique direct enrollment study abroad opportunity for undergraduate, graduate and gap year students
• ASP Short Courses which run for 2-4 weeks and are developed in collaboration with MSU Departments and Partner Institutions
